i look forward to hear cemex take on my point but all the time we talk about it still nothing gets done. we have spoken to the relavant managers to no avail, if i knew this when i took my lorry on i would have be having second thoughts. just seems like no one cares what happens to ihcs, i personally took a big risk to go self employed i have put a lot on the line. cemex needs to treat us with a bit more respect as we are on the front line of the business.

yes that is all good but it still does not pay for a new vehicle when you have only a bit of work and when you do get work the plant breaks down with rms problems or maintenance issues
