Further to my earlier posting about the loss of work at High Wycombe plant , sales staff won a 3000 mtr job at Murphy piling, this was 3 radial from plant to site, lost this to London Concrete , nearest plant 10 radial. The main contractor on this site is Toureen 15000 mtrs lost to Quatro a small local readymix company nearest plant also 10 radial from site. Loss of work on this scale not only affects Wycombe base hauliers but also hauliers from other plants in the area plus of course Cemex itself.
