IHC Self Bill
All active IHC’s have provided a valid email address for communication. If you have changed your email address recently then please make sure you advise the team via the haulier helpdesk email.
The IHC Self Bill Invoice will be issued as a PDF document via email in December 2016. The breakdown of Sundry payments will still be sent in the post however this will also move to email delivery in the near future.
Claim Query Process
Currently we receive 50% of IHC queries via post and remainder via Haulier Helpdesk email. In order to simplify processes, and ensure a fairness of dealing with haulage payment queries, from the 12th December 2016 we will only accept haulage queries via email.
All query forms should be sent to the following address, where they will be dealt with on a first come first served basis:
gb-haulierhelpdesk@cemex.com
The same rules regarding the processing of haulage queries will still apply.
