Thanks Steve, short notice, don’t you think?

Gents,
This notice is merely an additional reminder to back up the message that appears on the Sundry Tool itself. Hopefully that notice went up a lot earlier than the day before cut off.

Unpaid Load/Waiting Time forms can be emailed to GB-HAULIERHELPDESK@CEMEX.COM.
In answer to your question about Sundry Claims entered but as yet unauthorised you should speak to your Cluster Manager to ascertain the reasons for your claims not being authorised in a timely manner.
However if you would like to give me a call first on 01788517472 I can have a look at what is outstanding on your account.

Chris, please tell me where on the sundry tool is the cut-off date shown?

The cut-off date is posted on the INTERNAL sundry tool which is the screen viewed by Cemex Staff (only) who enter and/or Authorise IHC claims.
Chris is correct, a notice was entered on this part of the application in order that Cemex staff can ensure claims (or as many as possible) are authorised prior to the cut off date.
I always try and post a note on the IHC Forum giving the cut-off date in order that IHCs have an idea of which claims are likely to be paid in the next payment run (ie if IHCs can see a claim they have entered has been authorised prior to cut- off date they know it will be paid and shown on their monthly paid sundries sheet).
I also try and do this a week or so prior to the actual cut-off date but there are times (and this was an instance of this) when circumstances prevent this happening.

Thanks Steve. I think it would be helpful to include the cut-off date on the IHC webtool page. That would let us know well in advance and save you having to post on the forum each month.

Comments cannot be posted on the part of the SUNDRY TOOL that IHCs use. This is why I post a note on the Forum.
