I had 4 loads not paid on my feb statement which i claimed but have still not received payment all which were the last load of each day. Then i find on the latest statement every last load of the day has not been payed totaling over £700 all of which i now have to mess around claiming and who knows when these will be paid. Apparently all due to the RMS system, typical Cemex lets get something working right then alter it so it then takes monthes to sort out,and as usual who looses out yep the IHC AGAIN.

Aparently it was all due to lack of training. It was the fact that the truck wasnt booked back in to the plant at the end of the day, so the system assumed the load had not been completed. Hopefully by now the plant staff have been advised as to what the procedure is so hopefully now this wont keep happening.

i can”t believe the excuses we get from Cemex ,there is always something that does not work right .Ginco was all singing all dancing and always went wrong ,now RMS is no better .i have 10 loads not paid from march and our plant has been hand writing tickets for 2 days because no one can sort the problem with the RMS and printer ,so no dout next month i will have even more tickets not paid

Same here owed nearly £750 this month, what is surprising is the fact that waiting time for the unpaid loads has been paid how does that work? Regularly owed anything from £200 to £500 pounds on monthly statements but now it’s getting rediculous if it was Cemex management owed this much money every month it would get sorted.

Gents,
We have manually closed all shipments for April, therefore this issue will not be around next month. I am attempting to discover how many loads that were not closed correctly have not been claimed & will provide an update as soon as I have determined the best course of action without generating more work for myself with duplicate payments.

why when we have something unpaid on our statement do we have to fill a form in and send it with a copy of the dct to rugby or wherever when I’m sure we could just fill in an online form and send it in as per sundry payments,if a load that has your fleet code on is not paid it must show on system as unpaid?
also in this day and age I’m sure if we had a secure way of logging on to our accounts we could view what we are getting paid and if any loads/waiting time/transfers ect are missing we could flag this up before the cut of date for payment and it could be sorted out so we don’t have a need to claim anything maybe saving someone a lot of time in office -
